Current Research Interests: enzyme technology, artificial redox coenzymes, affinity chromatography, optical, acoustic and microamperometric sensors; novel microbial enzymes for biosensors.

Prof. E.A.H. Hall
Current Research Interests: molecular sensors: optics and electrochemistry; polymeric materials for immobilisation of biological molecules; charge transfer to redox proteins or whole cells; optical surfaces; impedance spectroscopy

Dr. A. Tunnacliffe
Current Research Interests: anhydrobiosis and desiccation tolerance; hydrophilic proteins; stress tolerance; bdelloid rotifer biology, including asexual reproduction.

Current research Interests: molecular investigations of complex neuropsychiatric disorders, with a focus on schizophrenia and bipolar affective disorder; identifying genes and proteins associated with human psychotic conditions; neurodevelopmental/neurodegenerative disorders.
